I'd likely just do the photo side of the card on another piece of felt and then attach them back-to-back so all the stitching backs were hidden between the two pieces. The felt I'm using is stiff and very thin, so I think it would work.... I'm leaning toward less is more with this one, though. ;) Glenda, yes, about the flip side of the cards.
