The discovery of homemade potato chips—fresh, tasty, and lacking all the extra “stuff” you find in the packaged kind—have seen me running through potatoes like nobody’s business. And purchasing a mandoline. And sneaking in a lot of after-the-kids-are-in-bed munchies.
But I will be back soon with finished invitation photos. Right after I eat one more chip.
(Oh, and I’ve freshened up the website and my shop a bit after letting them collect dust for a couple months. What do you think?)

Yum… what recipe did you use?

written on July 20th, 2012, at 1:37 pmHomemade chips are the best!! That was one of the things I learned how to cook in my early teens and it was always such a treat when we had potatoes on-hand so I could whip up a batch of chips — a mandoline sure would’ve been handy though.
You have a nice variety of goodies in your shop =).
