November 5: It’s almost always true: Quilts make everything feel better.

November 6: He picks at my knuckles when he’s tired. He draws more detailed pictures than kids twice his age. He asks hundreds of questions a day. He is exhausting and amazing.

November 7: I can’t seem to get warm today.
